Note that exempt value is the amount of the property's value that is not subject to tax. It is not the lost tax. The lost tax is a complex calculation beyond our resources. Our guess is that it is somewhere around 2% of the exempt amount. Many buildings, such as condos, show multiple exemptions. Presumably one for each unit. We have not analyzed the properties in this category. Some may be publicly owned and thus untaxable. Some may get exemptions for worthy causes..
